YANG & YIN

This style of Yoga blends the masucline and feminine by creating heat with mor dynmaic sequences and movement, and then passively holidng poses to increase mobility, relese myofacial tissue and increase flexibility. This style is great for mobility and flexibility, building strength and endurance. It also great for mindful movement as it calms the mind, and helps us find stillness and quiet.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT & SLOW FLOW

Designed to start the morning by relieving any stress and tension, increase strengthen and develop more flexibility and stability. The pace is meditative, emphasising peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each asana (pose)

MENS ONLY MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY

Mens Only Mobility and Flexibilty is designed to compliment any current physical or sporting activities or for those that want to increase their flexibility, mobility and body awareness. This session combines mobility movement, with bodyweight strength movements, core work and flow to increase flexibility in muscles, mobility in joints, and general movement patterns.

MiNDFUL MEDITATION & BREATH

One of our most popular classes. Mindful meditation, breath and yoga nidra practice.
This class is designed for those that are new or seasoned practicioners of meditation and breathwork. It aims to release stress, increase self-awareness, decrease anxiety and promote deep sleep.
The classes are designed to take students on a journey of breath work to calm the mind and body, mindful meditation to increase connection into body and breath and self awareness, and finish with a deep restorative rest.
