HATHA YOGA
Start or end Sunday with a revitalizing practice that awakens both body and mind in our Sunday Morning Rise Yoga class. This 60-minute session is designed to gently ease you into the day, using a blend of energizing and grounding asanas that set a positive tone for the week ahead.
We’ll begin with mindful breathing and gentle stretches to wake up your muscles, followed by a series of flowing sequences that bring calm, peace and relaxation through mindful movement

yin yoga
Yin yoga is a slow, passive style of yoga, done mostly on the floor in seated or lying-down postures.In Yin, we hold an asana, or pose, for anywhere several minutes to connect with our bodies in a meditative state . We come into the pose to a point where we feel significant resistance—our 'edge;' and learn to breathe in this state. Great for healing the body, slowing down, finding stillness, releasing stress

yang & YIN yoga
Yang & Yin Yoga blends two styles of yoga by passively holidng poses blended with more dynamic sequences and movement.
Yang is dynamic and warming whist yin is passive and cooling.
This style is great for mobility and flexibility whilst balanced with calming the mind and finding stillness
